By calling us, booking on our website, or using our service, you agree to these simple terms. Please read them once.

1. Our Service

We provide washing machine check-up, repair, installation and uninstallation at your home in Mumbai. We handle top load, front load and semi-automatic machines of all brands like LG, Samsung, Whirlpool, IFB, Bosch and others.

2. Booking

• You can book by calling 9167987524, WhatsApp, or through our website.
• We will fix a time and send the nearest available technician.
• Visit time may change a little due to traffic or earlier jobs. We will keep you informed.

3. Charges and Payment

• We tell you the full price before starting any work. No hidden charges.
• Small check-up fees start from Rs 249 to Rs 399. Repair cost depends on the fault and spare parts needed.
• If you agree to the repair, the check-up fee is adjusted in the final bill. If you do not want the repair after diagnosis, you still pay the visit and check-up charge.
• Payment is due right after the service is finished. We accept cash and online payment as told by the technician.

4. Warranty

• Repair work carries a 90-day guarantee on the same fault.
• New spare parts have their company warranty. Warranty does not cover misuse, voltage problems, or physical damage after our visit.
• Only original company parts are used unless you ask for a lower-cost option.

5. What We Cannot Promise

We try our best but we cannot promise that an old or badly rusted machine will run like new. If a part is not available, we will tell you clearly. We are not liable for any data or clothes left inside the machine - please remove them before we start.

6. Cancellation

You can cancel a booked visit before the technician starts for your address. If the technician has already left, a small visit charge may apply.

7. Customer Behaviour

Please give our technician safe access to the machine and power and water connection for testing. Any rude or unsafe behaviour may lead to cancellation of service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The new terms will show on this page with a new date.
